Our Delivery Service
As much as we would like to deliver to all that request this service, we do have some limitations. Help us to help you.
- This is a private service entirely funded by Willand Pharmacy.
- Our drivers can not leave medicines unattended or put them through the letterbox. It has to be received by a person over 16 years old.
- Although we take your preferences into account, we cannot always guarantee a specific day of the week or time of the day to deliver your medicines.
- If you (and the other members of the same household) get monthly or two-monthly prescriptions, we can only deliver to your address a maximum of two times a month. If you need more deliveries within the same month period, there is a £5 fee per extra delivery.
- We do our best to deliver everyone's medicines in a timely manner, however please be ready to arrange an alternative method to get your medicines if Willand Pharmacy (in exceptional circumstances) fails to deliver your medicines in time.
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our driver will leave a note for you to know we have been there. Please give us a call to arrange a new delivery. Our drivers will only try to deliver your bag of medicines twice.
- Please remember, if you are not age-exempt (over 60 or under 16 years old), you have the duty to inform us of any change regarding your exemption status.
